Role Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with over 5 years of production experience to join our ML team. Our team operates as an internal service and center of excellence supporting over 10 product teams at Fundraise Up. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a variety of features, from optimizing donation amounts and upsell offers to developing smart assistants for admin panels and transaction classification.
We utilize classical machine learning techniques as well as reinforcement learning, and we are expanding our solutions based on large language models (LLM) for generation, classification, and agent-based tasks. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a broad mindset, is not afraid to experiment, and can adeptly select the most effective approach for each challenge.
The primary audience and business team for this project are based in the US, so while our development team communicates in Russian, occasional English documentation may be required.
