Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy production-ready ML models across various domains including regression, classification, clustering, ranking, and recommendation systems. Oversee the full lifecycle of ML systems from data collection and experimentation to feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and continuous monitoring. Establish and monitor model performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and iterate enhancements based on real-world data. Design and implement shared feature stores for consistent use of reusable features across multiple models in both batch and real-time scenarios. Operate within a modern MLOps framework to guarantee scalable and reliable model deployments. Enhance training infrastructure, model versioning, and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows. Collaborate closely with data scientists and data engineers to create high-impact, data-driven solutions. Translate intricate ML workflows into understandable updates for cross-functional teams. Contribute to team velocity by taking ownership of tickets and delivering impactful work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Implement NLP and LLM-based components for tasks like sentiment analysis and real-time conversation evaluation. Assist in developing predictive analytics features such as no-show prediction and sentiment dashboards. Help create and deploy AI agents that automate essential business processes for auto shops.
