As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will spearhead intricate data initiatives, create predictive models, and implement scalable machine learning solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams to generate actionable insights and impact essential business decisions.
The Impact You Will Have
Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative machine learning models.
Analyze large and complex datasets to derive valuable insights and construct predictive analytics pipelines.
Partner with data engineers to design and optimize cloud-based data solutions.
Transform business challenges into data-driven solutions utilizing statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
Automate data workflows and model deployment processes leveraging cloud services and CI/CD tools.
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to establishing best practices in model development and operationalization.
Effectively communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
What We Look For
A minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
Proficient in Python (including libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow) and SQL.
Solid foundation in statistics, A/B testing, and machine learning algorithms.
Hands-on experience in building and deploying models in production environments.
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker Pipelines, Airflow).
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with big data tools such as Spark and EMR.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, ECS, EKS) and serverless architecture.
Education
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
