Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Excellence: Ensure outstanding quality results for our clients by utilizing CS&D tools, methodologies, and operational frameworks.

- Performance Metrics: Assist clients in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), pinpointing improvement areas, and influencing their strategic direction.
