Role Overview:
The Customer Success team at Samsara collaborates closely with clients to enhance product adoption, deliver quantifiable business value, and cultivate enduring relationships from onboarding through to renewal and advocacy. As a Senior Manager on our Mid-Market Customer Success team, you’ll lead and nurture a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), refine our customer engagement approach, and foster a robust, motivating team culture. This position combines strategic insight with hands-on leadership, making it ideal for someone who is passionate about mentoring talent, scaling impact, and ensuring customer success at every stage of their journey.
