About the Team 

We are seeking a talented Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Devices FP&A team. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, this pivotal role involves delivering insights on historical and predictive financial performance, analyzing business trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and effectively communicating valuable business insights to senior leadership.

About the Role 

Success in this position requires a keen ability to juggle competing priorities, navigate through uncertainty, and drive projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will possess a robust quantitative background, analytical acumen, and advanced modeling skills, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and key stakeholders within a complex organization.

This role offers the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the Devices segment within a rapidly growing, innovative company operating in a dynamic industry. The position will lead a dedicated team based in San Jose.

Responsibilities

  • Create executive-level dashboards delivering actionable insights on critical operational and financial metrics for the Devices business.
  • Provide analytical support while monitoring key performance indicators, identifying trends, and performing deep dives into unusual patterns.
  • Collaborate with FP&A leads from various business units to develop consolidated forecasts and analyses.
