LA28 is the dedicated, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The 2028 Games will be the first Summer Games hosted in the U. S. in 32 years and will mark Los Angeles' third time as the host city, as well as its inaugural welcoming of the Paralympic Games. Position Overview: Senior Manager of Accessibility Training & Enablement
The Senior Manager of Accessibility Training & Enablement will spearhead the design, development, and execution of accessibility education, training, and enablement initiatives across the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Reporting directly to the Head of Accessibility, this role is crucial for ensuring that LA28 staff, volunteers, delivery partners, and key stakeholders possess the necessary knowledge, tools, and guidance to foster accessible and inclusive experiences during the Games. The Senior Manager will oversee organization-wide accessibility training initiatives, resource development, and awareness campaigns that promote disability inclusion.
