Role Overview
As the Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager specializing in Pricing Strategy, you will spearhead the development and implementation of pricing and commission strategies for our global marketplace. You will create and refine frameworks, processes, and analytical foundations that enable data-driven and revenue-maximizing pricing decisions while establishing scalable pricing and revenue management practices that deliver optimal value for both suppliers and customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Pricing to drive our commercial pricing strategy and translate company growth objectives into actionable pricing initiatives.
- Design and continuously improve commission structures, discount programs, and incentive models that align supplier success with marketplace objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and act on competitive pricing insights, ensuring comprehensive market coverage across various regions and categories.
- Partner with data scientists and analysts, product managers, and commercial leadership to develop and deploy machine learning solutions that connect commercial requirements with pricing platforms and tooling enhancements.
- Establish and maintain frameworks and playbooks for fair and competitive pricing that build customer trust and foster productive supplier relationships.
- Act as a key commercial representative for pricing, offering actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
