About the Role
As a Senior Manager of Go-To-Market (GTM) and AI Analytics at ivo, you will dive deep into the world of AI, exploring what 'usage' signifies in products that operate autonomously. You'll uncover how to measure the value delivered versus the sessions logged, and identify leading indicators of growth even when user interactions are minimal.
In this role, you're not just analyzing data; you're redefining how we understand the impact of our AI products on customer value. Your expertise will allow us to measure analytics in ways that far surpass traditional methods, leveraging advanced AI tools for deeper insights and quicker assessments.
You will play a pivotal role in diagnosing data trends: whether it’s a slowdown in the pipeline or stagnation in expansion efforts, you'll pinpoint the issues at the stage, segment, and representative levels before they become apparent to others. This proactive stance will empower you to build propensity models, highlight opportunities for growth, and provide actionable insights to our VP of Customer Success Management.
This position is not your conventional analytics job. At ivo, we are pioneering AI solutions that engage customers in innovative ways, such as autonomous contract reviews and LLM-powered query systems. The traditional metrics of engagement may not fully apply here, as your role will include inventing new frameworks to measure business impact when our AI interacts independently with clients.
Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Strategy & Operations, you will oversee all aspects of GTM analytics, including pipeline health, forecasting models, win/loss analysis, rep productivity, territory performance, and churn risk. You will also analyze product usage metrics to understand the link between customer interaction with AI and their renewal and advocacy behaviors.
As pricing strategies shift towards usage-based and API consumption models, you will be responsible for developing consumption analytics, connecting product telemetry to revenue, and quantifying the ROI of our strategic initiatives.
