Miter is revolutionizing the industry by leveraging AI and integrated payment solutions to modernize the core HR, finance, and operations systems that support our physical economy. With Miter, contractors like Marathon Electrical, W. J. O’Neil, and Truebeck Construction are building stronger teams, managing job costs effectively, and accelerating jobsite execution.

Since our launch in 2021, we have expanded to serve thousands of customers and achieved tens of millions in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), positioning us as one of the fastest-growing vertical software companies to date. Hybrid vs. Remote Approach:
We believe the true magic of Miter lies in collaborative teamwork. However, we also value flexibility in our work culture. For roles designated as hybrid, we encourage a presence in the office three days a week, allowing for connection, brainstorming, and relationship-building. If you are located within a reasonable commuting distance to our New York City or San Francisco offices, we invite you to adopt this hybrid approach.
For roles classified as remote or in locations where we do not have an office, there is no hybrid work requirement. We do organize occasional travel for onboarding, company-wide meetings, and team-specific offsites!

As Miter scales a multi-product and multi-channel go-to-market strategy, the Revenue Operations team is vital in ensuring our growth is intentional, scalable, and sustainable across our organization.
