About Team & Role:
Our design team is robust and diverse, comprising around 60 talented individuals from various backgrounds across the globe. As our company and product lines expand, scaling the experience of both our product and design teams is essential. Every new team member plays a crucial role!
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Design for our Palo Alto office. This key leadership position will involve overseeing a skilled team of designers and acting as a strategic partner to engineering and product leadership, setting the standard for enterprise design at Rubrik.
