About The Role

The Senior Manager, Training Strategy and Operations will be the strategic and operational cornerstone of Fora’s training initiatives. This role is essential for ensuring that all training programs meet a stringent quality standard, are executed with operational precision, and are continually enhanced through data insights and experimentation. Responsibilities encompass full ownership of training operations, from process design and assessment to vendor management and readiness for product launch. This role also involves supervising one direct report and fostering a structured, high-performing environment within the training division.
