This strategic role is designed for individuals with a profound understanding of the CI&T ecosystem who are eager to lead the evolution of our sales model through the New SDLC. The primary focus is on orchestrating the pre-sales team, transforming qualified opportunities into distinctive solutions that leverage AI agents to drive efficiency and value.
You will collaborate closely with the technical team, evaluating incoming opportunities and working on the development of technical and commercial proposals.
Main Responsibilities:
Proposal Management and Strategic Alignment:
Demand Orchestration (Pipeline): Ensure smooth operations and adherence to internal deadlines while managing a pipeline of simultaneous proposals.
Delivery Feasibility and Profitability: Collaborate with architects to identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring a viable and profitable delivery model.
Conflict Resolution and Central Point of Contact: Act as the central interface for Business and Operations executives, escalating prioritization conflicts and aligning expectations between parties.
Leading Proposal Defense: Spearhead the presentation and defense of proposals, including in-person meetings with clients to detail delivery strategies and highlight CI&T's competitive advantages.
Desired Profile:
Management Experience: Proven experience in managing complex delivery projects, particularly with effective use of AI agents to accelerate outcomes. Familiarity with product development, POC, MVP, and value deployment. Knowledge of Business Complexity Points (BCP), defining non-functional activities, and using Flow for effort mapping in proposals. Experience in fixed scope, productivity management, and delivery evolution. Understanding and management of the CI&T economic model.
Technical Fluency: Strong background in software development and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Technical experience is a significant asset for communication with architects.
AI Proficiency: Practical experience with Generative AI tools for process optimization.
Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple complex demands and navigate the organizational structure to resolve impasses.
