Experimentation Expertise: Skilled in designing and executing rapid experiments to validate new offerings, pricing strategies, and features, with a focus on analyzing initial performance to assess viability prior to extensive resource investment. AI & Automation Knowledge: Experience implementing AI-driven creative development, sophisticated segmentation, and predictive modeling to anticipate customer needs and automate personalized content delivery. Testing & Optimization Skills: Proficiency in managing a comprehensive A/B and multivariate testing framework, leveraging AI optimization tools to refine subject lines, sending frequencies, and overall content performance. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work closely with Product and Data Science teams to integrate machine learning insights into marketing strategies, ensuring a seamless user journey while providing system requirements for cross-functional teams. Analytical Skills: Ownership of reporting on critical lifecycle KPIs (LTV, CAC, Retention), utilizing data visualization to drive insights and strategic decisions.
