Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).5+ years of practical experience in engineering design and development. Proven track record in developing products in robotics, life sciences, consumer goods, networking, and automated hardware systems. Hands-on experience with the design of injection-molded, sheet metal, and machined components. Proficiency in SolidWorks (Creo knowledge is a plus) and in preparing engineering documentation for production release. Practical analysis experience in at least three of the following areas:Tolerance analysisFinite Element Analysis (FEA) and/or Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)Fluidics designHeat transferShock and vibration analysisExperience managing complex electromechanical products from conception to production. Excellent client interfacing skills.
