Why this role is exciting
This is not your typical CAD desk job. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will take technical ownership of mechanical systems that are designed, built, installed, and validated on actual vehicles as well as remote drive station platforms used in live operations.
You will be instrumental in shaping next-generation hardware from the ground up, with direct accountability for transforming innovative ideas into robust, production-ready components. This position combines deep mechanical design expertise with hands-on execution and real-world impact.
Additionally, you'll manage the Engineering Change Order process for your systems, ensuring that enhancements progress smoothly from concept to release as the product and fleet scale.
