As a Senior Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer, you will be integral in shaping and refining our manufacturing, installation, and supply chain processes to ensure they align with design, regulatory, and business requirements, including safety, quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the building, installation, testing, diagnosis, inspection, and maintenance of Reliable-designed mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical/avionics assemblies, harnesses, interconnects, and other commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products.
Conduct DFx reviews to assess designs for cost-efficiency, manufacturability, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and compliance with requirements.
Collaborate with design, quality, and certification teams to integrate manufacturability, compliance, and risk mitigation throughout all stages of product development (including prototype, R&D, certification, and production).
Develop and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, quality management systems, and engineering change orders.
Create processes to maintain accurate, current, and comprehensive documentation (work instructions, inspections, tests, records, etc.).
Lead root-cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions to uphold schedule, quality, and reliability standards.
