Opportunity
 
We are in search of a seasoned and strategically adept Senior Media Manager to spearhead our media initiatives in the retail media sector. As an integral member of our marketing team, you will be tasked with formulating and executing comprehensive media strategies, optimizing advertising campaigns, and ensuring these align with our overarching business objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust understanding of retail advertising platforms, possess data-driven decision-making capabilities, and have a proven history of effective media management.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements and facilitate strategic discussions.
  • Assist clients in budgeting and collaborate with your team to implement campaigns that meet agreed KPIs.
  • Guide campaign optimizations to ensure successful setups.
  • Manage keyword and bid strategies across available advertising platforms.
  • Establish and oversee the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and analytics for retail media campaigns.
  • Direct the execution of Test & Learns, particularly for emerging retailer ad offerings and Flywheel’s internal capabilities.
  • Lead or supervise the success of recurring client meetings.
  • Develop broader account teams and direct reports to support career advancement within Flywheel.
  • Ensure accurate management of client campaign budgets and address any discrepancies by the broader account teams.
  • For Media and Retail Engagement (Full Service), connect weekly with the internal Retail team.
  • Educate clients on industry trends and best practices, while sharing thought leadership insights.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify new opportunities for managed clients.
  • Work with teams to swiftly identify and resolve any issues impacting campaign performance.
