Your Mission
As our Senior Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling our Engineering function. This newly created position is perfect for a hands-on, solutions-oriented individual who is eager to leave their mark in a fast-paced startup environment.
Your responsibilities will include everything from immediate reactive repairs to the development of preventative maintenance protocols aimed at minimizing downtime and enhancing equipment reliability. You will have the autonomy to specify your workspace, procure tools and parts, and contribute to the evolution of our machinery as we expand.
This role is central to our production process and reports directly to the Engineering Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality Assurance, and Technical, addressing real-time challenges while also participating in long-term initiatives such as automation and new equipment commissioning.
