Key Responsibilities:Network Engineering & Architecture: Design, configure, and optimize enterprise networks utilizing Cisco Meraki and Fortinet solutions. Implement stringent security policies and VPN configurations. Take full responsibility for the network maintenance and enhancements of the Ebury Bank São Paulo office. Telephony & Voice Systems: Manage the administration and strategic enhancement of IP Telephony systems (including Avaya, Genesys, Vonage, or GoTo Connect). Lead migration initiatives and global deployments. Operational Excellence & Troubleshooting: Address high-level escalations concerning complex network outages, voice quality issues (SIP/RTP analysis), and authentication failures (FreeRadius). Cloud & Systems Engineering: Oversee AWS resources and provision new connections and security rules as necessary. Project Management: Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades with minimal downtime. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Mentorship: Offer technical direction and training to junior team members.

Role Overview

Ebury is hiring a Senior Network and Telecoms Support Analyst for its São Paulo office. This hybrid position requires four days onsite and one day remote each week.

This role focuses on the design, deployment, and ongoing support of Ebury’s network and telecommunication infrastructure. The analyst will handle complex technical projects, such as network upgrades and telephony rollouts. Acting as a senior escalation point, the analyst will help ensure uptime, security, and scalability across systems, while also guiding junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of network and telecom systems
  • Lead technical projects, including network enhancements and telephony deployments
  • Act as a technical escalation point for complex incidents and troubleshooting
  • Maintain high standards for system uptime, security, and scalability
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Participate in after-hours work for maintenance, upgrades, and new installations
  • Travel internationally to other Ebury offices as needed
