Demonstrated hands-on expertise in both paid search and paid social campaigns. Proven ability to optimize campaigns for meetings, pipeline generation, and revenue, rather than simply focusing on leads or clicks. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance dashboards and interpreting raw data. Familiarity with various attribution models and their inherent limitations. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and regions effectively. Capacity to establish and enhance repeatable processes for experimentation and reporting. Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams, including content, product marketing, and sales.

At Abnormal AI, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Paid Media Manager to take the lead in managing and expanding our global paid advertising channels. This pivotal role focuses on driving pipeline growth, influencing revenue, and fostering sustainable expansion through various paid media strategies including paid search, paid social, account-based marketing (ABM), retargeting, and innovative channels. You will be responsible for developing strategies, conducting experiments, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment with brand messaging and sales objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across multiple channels such as search, social (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, YouTube), display, and ABM.
  • Oversee budget management, pacing, forecasting, and optimal channel distribution to maximize revenue and pipeline performance.
  • Continuously assess and refine the role of each channel throughout the marketing funnel: awareness, demand capture, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Focus on campaign optimization for meaningful revenue outcomes rather than superficial metrics.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing Ops to ensure accurate attribution, tracking, and actionable reporting.
  • Analyze pipeline data to identify performance gaps and inform strategic budget allocations.
  • Design and implement structured experiments across various channels and targeting strategies.
  • Evaluate and scale new paid media opportunities as they arise.
  • Work collaboratively with brand, content, design, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches, events, and regional marketing strategies.
  • Own performance reporting and translate data findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to evolving the measurement of paid media impact within complex, multi-touch sales cycles.
