We are looking for a dynamic Senior Partner Manager to become an integral part of our growing team, spearheading revenue growth and solidifying strategic partnerships with key collaborators. This position emphasizes the development of impactful relationships, executing joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and ensuring tangible success for both the company and its partners. The Senior Partner Manager will work closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, and product development to deliver exceptional value to partners and enhance our market presence in the eCommerce sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Go-to-Market Strategy
Develop and implement joint Go-to-Market initiatives with partners to drive partner-sourced revenue growth.
Manage your portfolio to stimulate pipeline growth and achieve booking targets associated with partnerships.
Collaborate with partners on joint sales strategies, including co-selling, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration.
Partner Enablement & Advocacy
Assist internal sales teams in conveying the value of partnerships, promoting partner solutions and services.
Establish and align with key partners for continuous learning and enablement opportunities to ensure that Swap’s product offerings and roadmap are delivering value to our shared clients.
Continuously monitor partner performance and market trends to optimize collaboration and enhance partner satisfaction.
