About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst who embodies ownership and problem-solving skills, someone who takes pride in ensuring payroll is processed accurately, efficiently, and without surprises. This pivotal role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing for our US and Canadian teams, guaranteeing timely and correct employee compensation.

Within the Finance department, you will collaborate closely with HR, Legal, Benefits, and Stock Administration. This role is more than just payroll processing; it includes involvement with equity compensation payroll, month-end close, compliance, and system optimization within Workday. The fast-paced environment demands precision and adaptability for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive payroll operations for US (multi-state) and Canadian employees across semi-monthly and bi-weekly cycles, guaranteeing accurate and timely processing of all payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, tax updates, garnishments, etc.).
  • Serve as the primary payroll contact for employees and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency.
