The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a seasoned and accomplished Senior People Operations professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated history in strategic people operations, adeptly managing complex employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance in practical applications.
In this pivotal role, you will enhance and refine the overall employee experience, from crafting scalable policies to ensuring operational excellence, while spearheading impactful engagement and cultural initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all People Operations functions, including policy formulation and key company-wide initiatives (such as performance evaluations and compliance checks), as well as addressing daily employee needs.
Act as the primary authority on Thai Labor Law, ensuring accurate and lawful management of employee relations, contracts, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Strategize, track, and enhance compensation and benefits programs, including performance assessments, social security contributions, tax obligations, provident funds, and group insurance.
Optimize the company’s HRIS: manage automated workflows, reporting, data integrity, and collaborate with leadership on system integrations.
