Qualifications

Establish and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with executives in the customers’ IT, Engineering, and Support teams. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the PagerDuty Product and align it with the customer’s business priorities. Guide customers on best practices in process, people, and change management to enhance real-time operations adoption. Identify potential risks to customer business objectives and collaborate with the sales team to create risk mitigation strategies. Develop and implement a comprehensive adoption roadmap for PagerDuty products, highlighting the current state and targeted future state with timelines. Deliver tangible business value and innovative solutions to reduce costs and drive growth for the customer. When applicable, recommend additional expert services to ensure customer success. Proactively communicate technical product updates, including changes, degradations, outages, and end-of-life notifications. Act as the voice of the customer to inform our sales strategy and product development roadmap. Lead the cross-functional post-sales team at PagerDuty, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer. Prepare and facilitate business review meetings to evaluate progress and strategize future initiatives.

The Senior Principal Customer Success Manager plays a vital role in engaging with key stakeholders at customer organizations, building and nurturing robust relationships to accelerate their digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate will possess the qualifications outlined below and be open to traveling up to 25% of their time for in-person customer engagements. Customer Success Managers will work closely with clients of varying market segments, sizes, solution complexities, and lifecycle stages, tailoring their approach based on specific customer needs.
