As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be the expert in process technology for complex industrial projects. You will independently design, calculate, and specify process installations and their components. You will provide guidance to clients and colleagues on intricate technical issues and take on a leading role within multidisciplinary project teams.
Your work will intersect with technology, safety, and quality while actively contributing to the improvement and maintenance of professional standards within the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and calculating complex process installations and systems;
Advising on intricate process technology issues;
Preparing and executing design verifications;
Reviewing your work and that of fellow engineers and documenting in control documents;
Chairing and guiding HAZOP studies;
Acting as lead engineer and providing operational leadership within projects;
Drafting progress, quality, and cost reports;
Creating technically detailed reports;
Initiating, establishing, and maintaining industry-specific standards;
Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations (VGM).
