As a Senior Procurement Specialist in Global Supply Chain, you will take on a pivotal role as an independent contributor, equipped with comprehensive expertise in key supply chain areas, Procurement, Material Management, and Logistics & Inventory. These skills are critical to our AirPlant program, ensuring supply continuity, enhancing competitiveness, managing vendor performance, overseeing inbound materials, and guaranteeing the timely and accurate movement of goods. This position is vital for implementing new ERP processes, fostering the adoption of these processes, maintaining adherence to standards, and supporting the operational success of new procedures and supply chain controls necessary for AP1 and AP2 readiness.
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee all procurement activities including planning, category management, and the development of RFQs, Purchase Orders, and material masters, as well as managing complex purchase orders from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Operations, Finance, and Legal to align procurement efforts with capital project execution.
Direct EPC and construction procurement efforts for major capital projects and modularization initiatives.
Possess Owner Operator experience within projects and operational facilities.
Enhance supplier performance, optimize costs, and synchronize schedules for long-lead materials and construction scopes.
