About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Product Manager to influence and drive the development of Fund Recs’ Depository Solutions.
This senior individual contributor position is ideal for someone transitioning from a Depository Operations background into Product Management. You will possess extensive hands-on experience in Investment Compliance Monitoring (ICM), Cash Flow Monitoring (CFM), and Other Asset Register (OAR), along with a solid understanding of both Private and Traditional Assets.
In this role, you will take ownership of complex problem statements, translating real-world Depository workflows into scalable product solutions. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Client Solutions, and clients, you will drive outcomes that significantly enhance the daily operations of Depositories.
You will also oversee the end-to-end management of the Investment Compliance Monitoring (ICM) solution, defining control frameworks, rule coverage, breach handling, and validation processes. You will determine the standards for ICM, design practical operations, and ensure the solution meets Depository oversight requirements.
