Role Overview
Hutch is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive feature development and manage the roadmap for our flagship motorsports title, F1 Clash. As we aspire to become the leading mobile racing game globally, we need a product leader adept at transforming high-level strategies into impactful player experiences that contribute to sustained business success.
In this pivotal role, you will lead cross-functional Feature Pods, overseeing the lifecycle of new systems and mechanics from ideation to global launch. Your primary objective is to enhance the game’s core experience by integrating industry best practices to ensure our features are both commercially successful and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
Roadmap Delivery & Feature Leadership
- Feature Pod Ownership: Lead multidisciplinary teams (Design, Engineering, Art) to conceptualize, develop, and launch significant game features that positively influence core engagement and performance metrics.
- Problem-First Discovery: Collaborate with our Analytics team to perform comprehensive game analysis that identifies friction points and core product challenges, ensuring our roadmap targets specific player and business needs.
- Specs & Goal Setting: Develop detailed product specifications and establish clear success metrics for every feature, aligning the team on how new systems contribute to the overall business health.
- Impactful Rollouts & Experiments: Manage the complete go-to-market strategy for new features, ensuring successful rollouts, including any experiments or optimizations.
Product Strategy & Shared Operations
- Shared Operations: Collaborate with the PM team to oversee releases, game health, user acquisition, forecasting, and support for small features.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor post-launch performance, utilizing data to drive ongoing improvements.
