About the Role:
The Support Tools Product Team is tasked with defining the vision, roadmap, and user experience of our fundamental support tools aimed at enhancing the support experience.
In your role as a Senior Support Tools Product Manager, you will spearhead strategy, tackle complex and high-impact challenges across various teams, and shape the long-term strategic trajectory of our sales technology ecosystem. You will oversee a key module of our core support tools, delivering significant impact and playing an essential role in the company's go-to-market strategy and future growth.
