Job Description

This position is fully remote.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead Project Consulting initiatives and oversee customer projects. You will be responsible for achieving your annual billable targets set by your line manager.

Success in this role demands proactivity, attention to detail, and timely reporting (both for clients and internal stakeholders). You must possess a deep understanding of key service areas including Accounting & Tax, Legal Entity Management, HR, and Payroll.

You will act as the main liaison for both customers and HSP partners, demonstrating exceptional client-facing skills, relationship management, and robust project and program management abilities.

Additionally, you will assist with departmental processes and deliverables and may be called upon to support tasks that require your expertise and collaborative efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing Project Plans, rollout/transition plans, RAIDS logs, and SteerCo reporting.
  • Forecasting Go Live dates to ensure your projects launch on time and within budget.
  • Collaborating with local HSP experts to maintain strong relationships and open communication.
  • Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for your clients and leading regular status update meetings.
  • Ensuring smooth transitions to Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
  • Working with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership to identify gaps in sales productivity and prioritize key initiatives across the global sales team, including process improvements and training materials.
  • Conducting process creation and GAP analysis for your clients.
  • Supporting the onboarding of a diverse portfolio of clients to HSP.
