Your Mission
The Project Management Office (PMO) at boxxe is focused on delivering a diverse array of Professional Services. Our areas of expertise encompass IT Networking and Security, Data Centre Solutions, Cloud Computing, and transformational projects. Within the broader Professional Services department, the PMO collaborates with a highly skilled technical team to guarantee outstanding service delivery and customer satisfaction. This collaborative approach equips us to navigate complex challenges and achieve successful project outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the comprehensive delivery of a large-scale, complex SDA project for a prominent customer.
- Strategically plan and manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and governance structures.
- Oversee project financials, including forecasting, billing milestones, and strict budget adherence.
- Guide multi-disciplinary project teams consisting of consultants, engineers, coordinators, partners, and third-party vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, providing lucid and timely updates while managing expectations effectively.
- Manage project changes, risks, and issues utilizing structured controls, RAID logs, and mitigation strategies.
- Produce and maintain all necessary project documentation in accordance with our established business methodologies.
- Prepare and present regular status, financial, and risk reports to senior management.
- Foster effective communication across all internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and checkpoints to ensure alignment and momentum.
- Ensure precise progress tracking, reporting, and revenue/resource forecasting.
- Maintain logs, reports, and documentation on the designated shared platform.
- Coordinate both internal and external delivery resources to guarantee seamless execution.
- Mentor and support project team members to promote collaboration and enhance performance.
- Identify and propose well-considered solutions, options, and impacts to aid in decision-making.
- Proactively address project challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
