Join SpawGlass as a Senior Proposal Specialist and take the lead in strategic proposal development while managing impactful marketing initiatives that enhance our competitive edge in securing projects. Your role will involve crafting persuasive RFQ/P responses, producing interview materials, developing pursuit collateral, and creating GMP packages, as well as coaching teams and overseeing award submissions.
You will uphold CRM accuracy, manage content libraries, and provide analytical reporting that shapes our marketing strategies. By collaborating closely with operations, preconstruction, and leadership, you will gather insights that strengthen our proposals. Additionally, you will mentor marketing team members and facilitate training and engagement programs across our offices.
