- Work Location: Tokyo, Japan
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
- Work Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM Local Time
- Specific Requirements: Experience in recruiting within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors is preferred.
- Language Requirement: Professional proficiency in Japanese and English is required, with Korean as a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage in detailed discussions with hiring leaders to define position specifications.
- Conduct timely reviews of applicants through the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns tailored to job openings.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to source candidates from resume databases and networking sites.
- Employ social media channels and deep web sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates.
- Create targeted lists of passive candidates leveraging member subscriptions and technology.
- Request and follow up on referrals from business networks and internal sources.
- Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigns aimed at talent communities.
- Engage with the talent community through a mix of media, including phone, email, and social media.
- Deliver tailored value propositions to candidates based on their unique situations and interests.
- Prepare candidates for interviews with logistical details, attire guidance, and expectations for follow-up.
- Ensure candidates receive timely updates on application and interview statuses.
- Maintain awareness of top candidates' interests and concerns throughout the process.
- Conduct insightful phone interviews with industry-specific probing questions.
