What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 2 to 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or with an agency. Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English at a business level. Exceptional project management and communication abilities. A data-driven approach: adept at using metrics (quality of hire, candidate experience, offer acceptance rate) to refine recruitment strategies. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse. Ability to collaborate across various functions and geographical locations.

Your Impactful Role

We are on the lookout for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for our Tokyo office. In this vital position, you will be instrumental in building our talent pipeline, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring the acquisition, assessment, and recruitment of elite talent.

A Day in Your Role:

  • Manage comprehensive recruitment efforts for our Japan operations across various departments, including sourcing, direct outreach, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs, enhance quality of hires, and promote a unified hiring process.
  • Utilize data-driven recruitment approaches to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time to hire, offer acceptance rates, and quality of hire.
  • Work in tandem with the Global Talent Acquisition team to standardize processes and share effective practices across regions.
