Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support the recruitment process. Serve as the main point of contact for all candidates, managing candidate communications and leading the interview process. Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously, including candidate sourcing and screening. Coordinate scheduling for online and offline interviews, manage job postings, create interview packets, process expense reimbursements, and draft and send offer letters. Maintain applicant data and report recruitment results in accordance with internal metrics. Participate in marketing initiatives for domestic and international universities, as well as recruitment-related projects in Tokyo and Asia. Coordinate with relevant internal departments to communicate information to selected candidates and new hires. Qualifications We expect you to approach your work with the utmost professionalism and dedication. 0-1 years of professional experience. Preferred: Relevant work experience or internships related to this position. Fluency in Japanese at a native level and intermediate proficiency in English. Native-level conversational ability in Japanese, with strong reading and writing skills required. We expect the English level to be around TOEIC 750+, but fully bilingual candidates will find opportunities to utilize their English skills. Strong academic performance (Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 or above, or GPA of 3.0 or higher).
