Job Title: Senior Recruiter - Sales & Technical Hiring
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Lahore/Islamabad
Timings: 5 PM - 2 AM PKT
Role Summary:
The Senior Recruiter will oversee the entire recruitment process with a focus on sourcing talent for Sales and technical positions. This role demands exceptional sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the aptitude for evaluating both commercial and technical candidates. The successful applicant will be results-oriented, highly organized, and adept at nurturing talent pipelines in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for key Sales roles including Business Development Executives, Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Territory Managers, and Sales Managers.
- Assist in recruitment for technical roles, especially NOC (Network Operations Center) and SOC (Security Operations Center) positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, performance expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct resume screenings and initial interviews to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and alignment with the role.
- Assess candidates for sales positions based on key performance indicators including revenue achievement, pipeline management, and client acquisition.
- Coordinate technical assessments and work with technical teams during candidate evaluations for NOC/SOC roles.
- Manage scheduling of interviews, collection of feedback, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain necessary records.
- Foster a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, hiring pipeline status, and quality of hires.
- Build and sustain proactive talent pipelines for ongoing sales and technical needs.
- Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, emphasizing Sales hiring, with additional experience in technical recruitment preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales structures, commission models, targets, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, or IT support roles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, and referrals.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidates effectively.
