As a Senior Research Engineer on our AI Research team, you will play a pivotal role by serving as the engineering backbone within a primarily research-focused group. You will be tasked with training production-ready models, deploying and maintaining them in a live environment, and fostering robust engineering practices across our research organization. Our current focus is on mental health, where the research team has been making significant strides. In this position, you will be essential in transitioning our models from research to production and ensuring their performance, safety, and relevance in a post-production setting, while effectively connecting Research and Engineering. As our AI initiatives expand, this role may also evolve to support other product areas within Sword.
