Role Overview
The Senior Revenue & Reporting Manager will oversee revenue monitoring, analysis, and improvement across the company. This role works closely with leaders in Sales, Partnerships, Support, Consulting, and Operations. Responsibilities include managing revenue reporting, finding actionable insights, removing inefficiencies, and providing leadership with reliable, real-time metrics.
This position suits someone experienced in SaaS, skilled in Power BI, and comfortable collaborating across teams to drive measurable financial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Management & Optimization: Monitor and analyze all revenue streams, including sales, renewals, partner contributions, and professional services. Work with team managers to identify revenue leakages, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth. Set clear revenue KPIs and accountability measures across departments. Lead efforts to maximize revenue and reduce waste.
- Data & Analytics: Own and manage revenue dashboards in Power BI, bringing together data from Sales, Partners, Customer Support, and Consulting/Professional Services. Ensure leadership has up-to-date, accurate revenue metrics. Improve data quality, consistency, and definitions across systems.
- Executive & Shareholder Reporting: Prepare a detailed Monthly Management Pack for executives and shareholders, covering revenue performance versus plan, trends and forecasts, key risks and opportunities, and department-level insights with recommendations. Present findings to senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a revenue partner for Sales, Finance, Operations, and Executive teams. Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives. Support planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives tied to company growth.
