The Role
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in cracking the go-to-market strategies for our real client projects.
This position offers an incredible opportunity for candidates with prior sales or SaaS experience to enhance their skills and earnings beyond the standard SDR role while collaborating with some of the most dynamic brands in the industry. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on the client's industry, products, and the challenges they address.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders within target accounts that fit the client’s ideal buyer profile.
- Utilize tools to source, cleanse, and upload prospect data, adhering to InsideScale’s processes.
- Engage in multi-channel sales development efforts (email, calls, video, social media, direct mail, etc.) using top-tier software.
- Strive to meet or exceed KPIs, including booked meetings and daily/weekly activity metrics across the various channels.
- Collaborate with InsideScale leadership to craft multi-channel messaging based on insights from prospect interactions and product discussions.
- Maintain open lines of communication and reliability as a partner to both the client and InsideScale.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in sales development with a record of high performance, preferably within the SaaS sector.
- Proficient in executing omni-channel SDR activities (email, calls, video, social media, direct mail, etc.).
- Familiarity with Sales Development tools like Salesforce, Outreach.io, or equivalent software is strongly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining InsideScale's quality standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
