Position Overview
As a Senior Scheduler at PMA Consultants, you will be recognized as an authority in project scheduling, playing a pivotal role in the development, execution, and management of intricate schedules for significant programs and enterprise-level projects. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, providing expert advice to executive stakeholders, enforcing scheduling governance, and spearheading strategic enhancements across various project teams.
The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth mastery of Critical Path Method (CPM) and Graphical Path Method (GPM), advanced experience with Primavera P6, as well as extensive knowledge in schedule forensics and delay analysis. This leadership role is critical in advancing PMA’s scheduling practices and ensuring exceptional quality across all scheduling deliverables.
Your responsibilities will include supporting construction infrastructure projects, particularly in water and wastewater treatment, as part of large capital improvement initiatives. Key tasks involve the preparation and review of project schedules, assessing change orders for budget and schedule implications, and conducting time impact and earned value analyses. You will identify scheduling risks, recommend solutions, perform site visits, and report on project progress. Additional responsibilities include reviewing contractor recovery schedules, assisting with cost analysis, and preparing cost-loaded schedules for cash flow forecasting.
