Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Manager of Social Media to spearhead and enhance our brand visibility across various platforms. This pivotal role will be responsible for the creation and implementation of our social media strategy, shaping the narrative of our content and fostering substantial engagement and growth. It demands exceptional editorial judgment coupled with a robust understanding of platform-specific metrics and trends. The ideal candidate will be a blend of storyteller and strategist, someone adept at evolving our brand voice, responding insightfully to cultural shifts, and transforming performance data into more refined content over time. They should thrive on experimentation and be driven by the prospect of extending Lean In’s outreach to new channels where we can amplify our influence and relevance.
What You Will Do
- Lead and develop the social media strategy for Lean In and Option B across all major platforms.
- Create roadmaps for platform expansion, including testing frameworks and strategies for launching new channels.
- Analyze platform-specific metrics to derive insights and continually refine our content strategy.
- Build and implement editorial calendars that align with the organization’s objectives and campaigns.
- Conduct thorough research for social media posts, incorporating trending topics, cultural moments, and relevant data.
