Join us as the pioneer engineer on TLDR's newly established Applied AI team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing production-ready AI agents and crafting modular, composable Claude Skills that empower our non-technical team members to create their own AI workflows effortlessly.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Develop Claude Skills and internal AI tools. Design and implement modular Claude Skills that seamlessly integrate with our core systems (HubSpot, Google Drive, Slack, Sponsy). Your work will enable non-technical users to easily compose these components into effective workflows without any coding.

    Launch autonomous AI agents. Utilize workflow automation platforms like n8n to create agents that function independently across various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, managing tasks such as research, data enrichment, proposal generation, and routine decision-making autonomously.

    Oversee the AI development environment. Establish and maintain the infrastructure necessary for the team to innovate with AI tools, whether that involves Claude Code, Cursor, or emerging technologies. Your contributions will include creating templates, patterns, and documentation to enhance the team’s ability to deliver promptly.

    Focus on composability in design. Engage in thoughtful consideration of interface design among AI components. Build systems that allow for effective interaction between various AI outputs and inputs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
