You will act as a force multiplier within our organization: facilitating high-value sales closures, developing features that enhance customer delight, and addressing intricate technical challenges faced by our Customer Experience team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers and technical teams: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to comprehend customer requirements, engage in discovery calls, design solutions, and write production-level code that closes deals and keeps our customers satisfied.

  • Lead engineering escalations: Act as the main contact for technical issues affecting customers, coordinating with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering to deliver swift and effective resolutions.

  • Create and implement tools (including AI solutions) that enhance the efficiency of our internal teams, particularly Customer Experience and Success teams.

  • Shape product development by advocating for customer needs and translating them into functional features.
