About the job
About Stellar Health:
In the evolving landscape of US Healthcare, the traditional fee-for-service reimbursement model has often prioritized the volume of patient interactions over quality outcomes. At Stellar Health, we are dedicated to changing this paradigm by enabling primary care providers to prioritize patient health. Our innovative platform integrates technology, human expertise, and analytics to deliver real-time patient information and empower care teams through actionable insights and incentives that reward their efforts in maintaining patient wellness. The Stellar App serves as a user-friendly, web-based tool that provides practices with a checklist of recommended actions to optimize care quality. By completing these actions, providers and care teams receive monthly compensation while payors benefit from reduced healthcare costs.
Stellar is a US-based health-tech firm supported by prominent venture capitalists, including General Atlantic, Point72, and Primary Venture Partners. With a proven product and operating model, we have demonstrated our ability to make a significant impact on physician practices and their patients.
