Join our dynamic team as a Senior Solutions Sales Specialist and play a critical role in enhancing Lightstone Retail's commercial success. This position is designed for growth, requiring proactive engagement rather than merely fulfilling orders. You will manage the complete sales process, from identifying opportunities and shaping tailored solutions to influencing senior decision-makers and securing significant high-value contracts. Additionally, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships and exploring new revenue streams.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with product, analytics, and leadership teams to translate market demands into impactful, data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities

New Business Development and Client Retention:

  • Achieve and surpass individual revenue, margin, and cost targets aligned with business objectives.

  • Establish and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with existing clients, leveraging insight-driven solution selling to expand accounts.

Delivering Outstanding Client Service:

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations for prospective clients.

  • Participate in training sessions and seminars to enhance expertise in service areas.
  • Represent Lightstone at client events, nurturing strong relationships and networking opportunities.

Becoming a Data Solutions Expert:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our diverse range of products and services, enabling you to craft compelling proposals that resonate with clients.

  • Utilize templates for efficient contract negotiations.
