ResponsibilitiesDevelop and sustain core backend services primarily using Go. Construct scalable systems utilizing various inter-process communication methods (such as blackboard, direct, queues). Create unified data models from multiple data sources. Develop APIs and SDKs that expedite application development. Design and enhance PostgreSQL schemas for optimal performance and scalability. Define and implement strongly typed reusable APIs (such as gRPC/protobuf or REST/OpenAPI). Implement entity CRUD, search, and traversal functionalities. Establish change tracking and event propagation patterns (e.g., outbox pattern). Optimize database performance through indexing strategies, query planning, and connection management. Implement middleware solutions for authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and audit logging. Contribute to observability, reliability, and CI/CD standards. Collaborate with platform and application teams to validate services in real-world production scenarios. Support AI-assisted workflows by providing clean, structured APIs for controlled automation.
