About the Role
In the role of Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will tackle a variety of complex challenges related to robotic task and action planning. You will apply machine learning techniques to resolve intricate sequential decision-making problems that necessitate understanding the physical world and its dynamics. You will keep up with the latest advancements in imitation learning, reinforcement learning, and other relevant domains to enhance Dexterity's foundation in Physical AI. Additionally, you will oversee the updating and scaling of our existing ML pipelines to cater to more scenarios and boost accuracy.
Our robotic solutions harness data from various sensors, including RGB cameras, depth sensors, force-torque sensors, encoders, system telemetry, and human input. You may engage in sensor fusion and state estimation techniques to better inform the planning algorithms using this multimodal sensory data.
You will collaborate closely with teams responsible for data platforms, physics simulations, and robot operations to find efficient ways to enhance the internal world model of our systems.
