About the Senior Talent Partner Role
This Senior Talent Partner position focuses on Product and Engineering hiring at Motorway’s London office. How You’ll Contribute
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with leaders and stakeholders in Product and Engineering. Work closely with Senior People Partners to shape talent strategies that support Motorway’s long-term goals.
- AI & Automation: Design and run AI-first sourcing and engagement processes. Use automation tools, including Ashby, to reduce manual work and free up time for meaningful interactions with candidates and colleagues.
- Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting: Manage every stage of the recruitment process in Ashby, from outreach through to offer acceptance. Focus on efficiency and quality, prioritizing thoughtful decision-making over routine admin.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Apply talent analytics to spot trends, address challenges, and advise hiring managers. Use insights to keep hiring standards high.
- Offer Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations to secure top candidates, often those weighing multiple offers. Collaborate with business leaders to close the best talent for Motorway.
