Your Impact
We are in search of a driven and experienced Program Manager for Adoption & Enablement to spearhead internal enablement and customer adoption throughout the Fusus lifecycle. This role emphasizes training delivery, curriculum development, quality assurance, and support following deployment.

This position merges program oversight with hands-on instructor-led training, ensuring that both internal Axon teams and external law enforcement customers can effectively adopt Fusus workflows. Success in this role entails teaching platform functionalities and the technical concepts that facilitate successful deployments while converting real-world operational scenarios into scalable enablement experiences.

The ideal candidate will be a robust cross-functional collaborator with a solid operational grasp of Axon Fusus, exceptional facilitation abilities, and the capability to independently execute training and enablement initiatives. This role is vital in ensuring customers transition seamlessly from deployment to ongoing support while optimizing product usage, operational readiness, and long-term results.

What You’ll Do
Location: US-based Axon hub locations (Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Scottsdale, or Seattle metro areas)
Travel: Approximately 50%
Reports to: Senior Director, RTO SaaS Delivery
